So far this car has been good on gas with the stop/start feature. Lots of space at back regarding leg room etc for kids and carseats. Very smooth car to drive. Easy to handle

I know a number of owners who are happy with their x trails, I need a car to tow, take loads and passengers while not being too hungry on gas. I didn't want to go diesel as servicing is more expensive than petrol and I don't do the big mileage to justify one. This car ticks all the boxes.

Good comfy vehicle more designed for a smaller family the extra back seats aren't that great if your a teenager/small adult not much room offroad capabilities not a rock crawler more for your average family picnic parked on the beach but does what you need it to do in all not a bad vehicle
