THE INSPECTION

Before issuing the Odometer Validation sticker and the E-Certificate of inspection the motor vehicle refereed to on the E-Certificate has been subject to checks including:
  1. The vehicle has been inspected to assess whether it's general condition is consistent with the odometer reading.
  2. Any available service records, stickers and other information in or on the vehicle have been checked for consistency with the odometer reading.
  3. The vehicles odometer has been removed, examined for signs of tampering and replaced after the affixing of a security seal preventing future tampering.
  4. The inspection result has taken into consideration that the cluster belonging to the vehicle may have been previously changed or serviced without supporting documentation available at the time of inspection. JEVIC in it's professional opinion having completed its inspection on the vehicle's overall condition, documentation present and the odometer examination regards the current odometer reading to accurately reflect the true distance travelled.
